Wow! I called Avery today at noon Saturday and he offered to be at my house in one hour to look at my stuck garage door!
! He promised that, if nothing else could be done now, he would help me open my garage door manually so I could take my car out! Nobody else I called agreed to come today or offer to help today! And then he just discovered a stuck locking mechanism and he sprayed it with wd-40 and fixed it. And charged me nothing!!!!!!! He was delightful human, very kind and upbeat and friendly! Rather than take advantage of me and charge me for unnecessary stuff, he was kind! I had feared the worst and now instead

Excellent timely service for a broken garage door spring. Jason was very professional. He arrived on time, explained what he is going to do and the cost, which was very reasonable.
